  • Provide on-site construction storm water monitoring as required by the California General Permit (CGP)
  • Provide on-site assistance in monitoring compliance with SWPPP implementation
  • Prepare Rain Event Action Plans (REAP) if required in SWPPP
  • Water sample testing and biological monitoring
  • Provide reporting to California State Water Resources Control Board (CSWRCB) via Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS)
  • QSP mentoring of construction site employees for safe construction storm water practices
  • Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
  • Provide project owners with third-party site auditing to verify compliance with CGP
  • Assistance with Post-Construction Storm Water BMPs
  • Best Management Practices (BMP) Evaluation
  • Preparation of Notices of Intent (NOIs) and Notices of Termination (NOTs)
